Many sites, however, that say that they offer you a home Internet survey business opportunity are really offering you only the opportunity to pay upfront money for a listing of those who will pay you to take surveys. Most of these firms you could have found for yourself, and some aren’t even current. Of the hundreds they reviewed they were able to recommend only five.
It’s so easy for a netpreneur to set up a Web site offering to pay users for taking online surveys. All it takes is a few hours. There are no surveys from this site, more often than not. These schemers aren’t gone, though - nor are their schemes. They just pop up on the Web under a different company name and different domain. If you’ve ever been interested in making money on the internet, then at some point you’ve probably visited your favorite search engine and typed in one of the following phrases: "Make Money" - "Work From Home" - "Get Rich Online." And, you’ve encountered some deliciously interesting results.
My personal favorites are the websites that have a collage of a husband and wife living their lives blissfully. One picture shows them holding each other lovingly. Another picture shows them playing tennis on their own private court. The next photo shows them standing in front of their private mansion inside of a gated community as they point to the home as if to say to you "Look at how big this thing is! With a house this size we must be telling the truth!" I especially like the pictures that show the lucky couple on their yacht, sailing in the Pacific, holding up a fish they caught that’s not even half as large as the lie they’re telling you about how they can teach you to make millions on the internet if you just fill out the email form on their website so they can begin sending you informative tidbits about making money that will "change your life."

How many times have you heard about a great home business opportunity? Probably more than you care to remember. But to go along with this, how many of these opportunities ended up being a scam? Again, probably quite a few. Hopefully, you were never the victim of any of these scams. But unfortunately there are others who probably fell for these opportunities. The fact of the matter is that these scammers would not be wasting their time if they were not making any money. And as long as people continue to get mixed up in this business, these scammers are going to stick around to trick more and more people.
The best way to avoid these internet scams is to thoroughly research each opportunity before you move forward with it. This means doing much more than simply reading a bit about it online. You may get lucky and end up with a good home business opportunity but chances are that you will not. Not only will you want to read what is available on the site itself but you will also want to search for other information as well. Check with third party review sites and on message boards and forums. You may find out soon enough that a certain company has been reported as being nothing more than a scam.
